NEOT acquires oil products from a number of nearby refineries, which are mostly located in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Poland. Use of several sources ensures the best competitive ability of each product.

The most important source of supply is the St1's oil refinery in Gothenburg. The refinery has an annual capacity of approx. 4.8 million cubic meters. Roughly a quarter of the output is petrol, about one-half diesel and jet fuel, and approx. a quarter heavy fuel oil. Crude oils produced in the North Sea are mainly used for raw materials.

The products are mainly sold on the Swedish market, but significant amounts of petrol and diesel are also imported to Finland. When acquiring biological components, NEOT utilises the waste-based ethanol produced by St1 Biofuels in Finland and the ethanol dehydration plant located in Hamina.
